Leendert meets Ingrid

For over 20 years the successful illustrators/designers Leendert Masselink and Ingrid Bockting work, each from their own studio, for a large variety of clients; ranging from fashion magazines to business magazines, from bookcovers to culture campaigns. Year after year large piles of printed matter appear in which the work of both illustrators instantly catches the eye. Besides the close cooperation with clients the desire grew to create designs in absolute discretion. No matter how satisfying working in commission is: the illustration in today’s paper, will be burried under gravel in the litter box tomorrow. With this in mind the duo now also examines the added value of longer lasting products. In addition to their private life together, now Bockting and Masselink also teamed up as colleagues in a creative studio named Leendert Meets Ingrid. They create autonomous projects and also work in commission.
